We're sometimes inspired by the season, and sometimes by our favourite food. The fact is, we love to experiment with flavours.

Beer Pretzel

Howe Sound Brewery Nut Brown Ale and salted pretzels.

Coconut

Coconut milk and grated coconut.

Cranberry Almond

Fresh squeezed cranberry juice, toasted almonds and Maldon Sea Salt

Gingerbread

Molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.

Orange Almond

Fresh squeezed orange juice, toasted almonds and Maldon Sea Salt.

Salted Butter

Classic. Salt, butter, cream and sugar.

Past flavours

Apple Cinnamon

Fresh squeezed apple juice, Saigon cinnamon and Maldon Sea Salt.

Coconut Lime

Coconut milk, lime juice and lime zest.

Dark 'n Stormy

Rum, ginger and lime.

Lemon Iced Tea

Black tea leaves, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Pear Cardamom

Pear eau de vie, cardamom and Maldon Sea Salt.

Pomegranate Sesame

Pomegranate molasses and toasted sesame

Pumpkin Spice

Pumpkin purée, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves.

Sticky Toffee Pudding

Medjool dates, brandy and espresso.
